Canceling and Rescheduling
Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable and appointment times are limited, Caidy Marie Beauty kindly asks that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another client is then prevented from receiving their desired beauty service. Therefore, the licensed professionals of Caidy Marie Beauty reserve the right to charge 75% of the total reserved service amount for each appointment not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance to it's scheduled time. This amount will be charged to the client's credit card on file, which is documented prior to scheduling the first appointment. Furthermore, multiple appointments not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance during any 12 month period will result in termination from our client list. Thank you for understanding and cooperating.
Arriving on Time
As each appointment is secured with the appropriate amount of time needed to create and complete your service(s), we kindly ask for you to arrive to your appointment on time, if not a few minutes early. Each time a guest is late for their scheduled appointment, it then prevents our professional from creating the design in mind to the fullest of detail. Instead, we are then rushed, have to change creative directions, and potentially then run behind for the rest of our appointments scheduled for that day. Being on time ensures that you will receive the look you desire, while also being completed in a timely fashion.
Appointment Prep
To ensure that you receive the service(s) you are scheduled for, it's important you complete any and all Appointment Preps that your professional requests and requires. Doing so ensures that the service(s) reserved will be completed as planned and, will have accurate longevity.
A few Appointment Preps to take into consideration include, but are not limited to, the following:
Arriving to your hair color appointment with your hair clean and dry.
Arriving to your hair removal appointment with the recommended amount of hair growth.
Arriving to your lash appointment with lashes completely clean and free of any makeup.
Arriving to your hairstyle appointment with hair clean and completely dry.
Arriving to your makeup appointment with your face free of any makeup.
Appointment Request on a Professional's Off Day
As we try to accommodate all schedules as much as possible to ensure you are able to receive your desired beauty services, should you be interested in scheduling an appointment on a day that your professional of choosing is not normally in the salon, to where they are then coming into the salon for your appointment on their day off, it is an additional $50 to schedule your service(s).
